军事化管理在高校体育教学中的应用研究

现阶段,中学体育教学中存在的现状是:其作用没有得到充分的发挥,并且相应的体育活动存在严重的失衡现象,体育活动的时间和次数都很少。针对上述的问题,学校应该使用军事化的管理模式进行有效的管理,同时教师还应该对教学内容进行及时的创新,领导要对教学工作进行规范,进而建立一套完整的教学体系,为提高学生的各项技能以及综合素质奠定良好的基础。

At present,the present situation of physical education in middle school is that its function is not fully exerted,and the corresponding sports activity has serious unbalance,and the time and frequency of physical activity are very low.In the light of the above problems,the school should use the militarized management mode for effective management,and the teacher should make timely innovation to the teaching content,and lead the teaching work to be standardized,and then set up a complete teaching system.And lays a good foundation for improving the students’ skills and comprehensive quality.
