高职院校体育教学中渗透“7S”管理实践探索

Exploration of "7S" Management Practice in PE Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

随着我国教育改革的不断深化,职业教育越来越受到重视,特别是在"中国制造2025"战略深入实施的新时代,培养优秀人才已经成为高职院校的方向和目标,对高职院校体育教学提出了更高要求,需要推动教学创新。本文就高职院校体育教学中如何更有效地渗透"7S"管理进行了研究和探讨,在分析体育教学渗透"7S"管理重要价值的基础上,重点就如何开展"7S"渗透教育提出教学策略。

With the continuous deepening of China’s education reform,vocational education is getting more and more attention.Especially in the new era of the "Made in China 2025" strategy,the cultivation of outstanding talents has become the direction and goal of higher vocational colleges.Physical education teaching in vocational colleges has put forward higher requirements and needs to promote teaching innovation.This article researches and discusses how to infiltrate "7S" management in physical education in higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the important value of "7S" management in physical education,the focus is on how to develop "7S" infiltration education.Propose teaching strategies.
