摘要
拳击是一项集技术、力量、速度、耐力、智慧、意志力等多种综合能力为一体的体育运动项目,参加拳击活动不仅可以使身体素质与机能获得有效的锻炼,同时有助于形成顽强拼搏的意志和灵活多变的思维。近年来,我国一直在大力推动拳击运动发展,将尝试将其引入到高校中。本文将探讨拳击教学对高校生身体素质提升的作用,并提出几点推动拳击发展的建议。
Boxing is a kind of sports item which integrates technology,strength,speed,endurance,wisdom,willpower and other comprehensive abilities.Taking part in boxing can not only make physical quality and function get effective exercise,but also help to form a strong will to fight and flexible thinking.In recent years,China has been vigorously promoting the development of boxing,and will try to introduce it into colleges and universities.This paper discusses the effect of boxing teaching on the improvement of College Students’ physical quality,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of boxing.
