摘要
中介调节变量的突破口是通过数字信息化,建立体育课时绩效和人力资源数字信息化管理这两者的关系。本文重点分析研究人力资源数字信息化管理、数字信息化与体育课时绩效这三者间的关系。研究的大概思路是首先建立一个研究模型,其中因变量是体育课时绩效,自变量是人力资源,并且把数字信息化作为调节中介的变量。研究的主体是体育教职工课时,通过数据分析软件进行分析,最终得出结论。
The breakthrough of mediation regulating variable is through digital information,establish a sports class performance and human resources information management system of digital the relationship between the two.This paper mainly analysis the human resources information management system of digital,digital information and the relationship between physical education performance.Research idea is probably the first to establish a research model,in which the dependent variable is gym class performance,the independent variable is the human resources,and adjust digital information as an intermediary variable.Faculty research subject is sports class,through data analysis software to carry on the analysis,finally come to the conclusion.
