摘要
文章针对实验法测量导热系数时间周期长,存在人为操作引起误差以及成本较高等劣势,提出了一种根据稳态法热平衡原理,利用PT100传感器测温系统,Smith预估PID控制系统以及嵌入式等技术的简易式材料导热系数测量仪的设计方案。通过该方案设计的测量仪具有系统简单,成本相对较低等特点。
In view of the disadvantages of long time period,artificial operation error and high cost in the measurement of thermal conductivity by experimental method,this paper puts forward a simple design scheme of thermal conductivity meter based on the heat balance principle of steady-state method,using PT100 sensor temperature measurement system,Smith Predictive PID control system and embedded technology.The measuring instrument designed by this project has the characteristics of simple system and low cost.
