为支持浙江省医疗卫生服务领域深化"最多跑一次"改革[1],积极推进辖区内医疗机构开展数字影像服务,发挥"健康通"智慧医疗信息服务主窗口作用[2],在影像检查全市共享互认基础上,特规划、设计"数字影像"全城通服务方案,以进一步增强杭城老百姓就医的便利性和获得感.

In order to support the medical and health service sector in Zhejiang Province to deepen the "one-run-at-most" reform,actively promote the development of digital imaging services in medical institutions under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province,and give full play to the role of the "Health Tong" smart medical information service as the main window,on the basis of the mutual recognition of image inspection,a "digital image" citywide service scheme has been planned and designed to further enhance the convenience and sense of access to medical care for the people of Hangzhou.
