摘要
从物理电子学科的角度分析,其属于一门交叉性的学科,主要是以物理学、光电子学、量子电子学、电子学等学科、技术为主,广泛地应用在电子工程、信息科学技术等领域中,为各领域的发展提供着有利的条件。对此,在新形势下,我国加大了对物理电子技术应用路径的研究力度,为我国信息化科学技术的可持续发展奠定良好的基础。
From the perspective of physical electronics,it belongs to an interdisciplinary discipline,mainly based on physics,optoelectronics,quantum electronics,electronics and other disciplines and technologies.It is widely used in electronic engineering,information science and technology,etc.In the field,favorable conditions are provided for the development of various fields.In this regard,under the new situation,China has intensified research on the application path of physical and electronic technology,laying a good foundation for the sustainable development of China’s information science and technology.
