试论多工具联动控制加工技术

摘要 机械加工趋于多个工序同步进行的模式,提高了生产效率,多工具联动控制机械加工中改进加工工具,取得多种工具自动化操作优势。概述数控组合机床发展现状,介绍实现高效加工方法,提出多工具联动机械加工技术,研发单工位多工具机械抛光机床,在铝轮毂电水壶抛光,目前应用于企业生产。机床运行平稳可靠,生产效率提高70%,对改善个人工作环境等方面起到重要的经济社会效益,表明多工具联动机械加工技术可行性。 Mechanical processing tends to be a mode in which multiple processes are carried out simultaneously,which improves production efficiency.Multi-tool linkage control improves processing tools in mechanical processing and obtains the advantages of automatic operation of multiple tools.Summarize the development status of CNC combined machine tools,introduce efficient machining methods,propose multi-tool linkage machining technology,develop single-station multi-tool mechanical polishing machine tools,polish on aluminum wheel electric kettles,and are currently used in enterprise production.The operation of the machine tool is stable and reliable,and the production efficiency is increased by 70%.It plays an important economic and social benefit in improving the personal working environment and other aspects,indicating the feasibility of multi-tool linkage machining technology.
