三级安全管理责任体制下高校实验室安全对策研究

Research on Safety Countermeasures of University Laboratory under Three-Level Safety Management

本文从学校、学院和实验室三个层面研究高校实验室安全管理。学校整体部署实验室安全工作,学院监管实验室安全管理内容,实验室具体落实安全防范工作。根据每个层面的职能特点,重点从实验室管理角度研究实验室安全管理,提出相应的安全管理对策,涉及的人员有高校实验室管理者、学院分管领导、教师、实验员、学生等,整个过程层层衔接、全员参与,做到自始至终、通盘考虑,建立以人为本的实验室安全体系,强化“安全第一,预防为主”的安全意识。

The paper studies the university laboratory safety management from the school,college and laboratory.School deploys overall the work of laboratory safety,college supervises the content of laboratory safety management,laboratory carries out the labo⁃ratory safety.According to the function characteristics of each level,we propose some corresponding management strategies,espe⁃cially from the perspective of laboratory management,involving the university laboratory managers、the college administrators、teachers、laboratory technicians and students.All members take part in the whole process,establishing“human-oriented”laborato⁃ry safety system,strengthening the safety awareness of“safety first and precaution crucial”.
