摘要 旅游产业作为服务性支柱产业,旅游企业的竞争压力日益激烈。如何迎合消费者的需求,推出旅客喜爱的经营方案对旅游企业战略转型有着重要的意义。与传统的旅行社模式的经营方式相比,通过“大数据分析”的线上旅游企业具有可以随着消费者需求的改变,提出更有效的营销方案,甚至长远的企业规划等优势。详细阐述了传统旅行社经营方式的不足之处,并通过异构化实时数据的处理,解决传统旅行社经营的弊端,有效整合资源,对旅游企业发展规划起到了促进作用,使企业发展更具预见性和战略性。 Tourism industry as a pillar industry,the service enterprise competition is increasingly fierce how to cater to the needs of the consumers,launch passenger favorite operation programs for tourism enterprise strategic transformation has important signifi⁃cance compared with the traditional way of travel mode of operation,through the analysis of the large data of online travel compa⁃nies can have with the change of the consumer demand,put forward a more effective marketing plan,and the advantages of the long-term business planning This paper elaborates on the shortcomings of traditional travel agency management,and through the processing of real-time isomerization data,to solve the disadvantages of traditional travel agency management,effective integration of resources,to promote the development planning of tourism enterprises,make enterprise development more predictable and strate⁃gic.
