浅谈新政策下企业科创板上市的专利相关问题及应对策略

Brief Description of Patent Related Problems and Countermeasures of STAR Market Enterprises Under the New Policy

证监会对科创板上市企业的知识产权提出了新要求,3项常规科创属性指标中,要求企业具有形成主营业务收入的发明专利5项以上。本文从过往企业科创板上市过程中实际遇到的专利问题出发,对科创属性评价指标中的要求进行解读,并为企业及投资人提供专利问题的防范及应对策略。

The China Securities Regulatory Commission has put forward new requirements for the intellectual property of STAR Market enterprises.The STAR Market enterprises are required to have more than 5 patents for inventions that related to main business income,by one of the three conventional science and technology attribute indexes.This article starts from the patent related problems actually encountered in the listing process of STAR Market,and briefly interprets the requirements for the patent in the science and technology attribute evaluation index,and provides enterprises and investors with the suggestions of patent problems.
