当前,国家全面实施专利质量提升工程,大力培育高价值专利已经成为越来越多企业及创新主体的共识。本文以实际维权案例为基础,对涉及专利授权文件中存在的缺陷进行分析,帮助企业和创新主体避免因专利撰写失误而错失保护,同时从专利文件撰写的角度为培育高价值专利提一些建议。

At present,the nation's comprehensive implementation of the patent quality improvement project and vigorously cultivating high-value patents has become the consensus of more and more enterprises and innovation entities.Based on actual rights protection cases,this article analyzes the defects in patent authorization documents,helps companies and innovation entities to avoid missing protection due to patent writing errors,and at the same time makes some suggestions for cultivating high-value patents from the perspective of patent document writing.
