Regarding the legitimacy of intellectual property,a basic theoretical issue in the field of intellectual property,scholars often seek different theoretical support as the basis for their argument.Based on Locke's theory of labor and property,which is widely respected in explaining the legitimacy of intellectual property,although the theory has made a positive historical contribution to the legitimacy of explaining intellectual property,there are many limitations in theinterpretation process,which also shows that it is not advisable to use a single theory to justify the justification of intellectual property rights alone.Therefore,in explaining the legitimacy of intellectual property,we should explore a combination of multiple theoretical values.
