高校科技成果转化对区域科技创新发展的影响及改进策略研究 被引量:4

Research on the Influence of the Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievements in Universities on the Development of Regional Scientific and Technological Innovation and Improvement Strategies

摘要 高校科技成果转化对新时期国家经济发展和科技进步具有重要意义。基于“投入—产出—转化”三个维度,构建了高校科技成果转化影响区域科技创新发展评价指标体系,研究发现:高校科技资源投入对区域科技创新发展的促进作用并不稳定,产出指数的促进作用较弱呈下降趋势,转化指数的促进作用较高呈上升趋势。为此,进一步探究高校科技成果转化对区域科技创新发展的作用机制,并从人才支撑、平台搭建和知识转化三个方面提出改进策略。 The transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities is of great significance to national economic development and scientific and technological progress in the new era.Based on the three dimensions of"input-output-transformation",this study establishes an evaluation index system for the impact of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities on regional scientific and technological innovation development.The research found that:the promotion effect of science and technology resource input on regional science and technology innovation development is not stable,the promotion effect of output index is weak and shows a downward trend,while the promotion effect of transformation index is relatively high and shows an upward trend.Therefore,this paper further explores the mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities on the development of regional scientific and technological innovation,and proposes improvement strategies from three aspects:talent support,platform construction and knowledge transformation.
