连镇铁路连云港至淮安东站先导段四电系统集成工程开通方案分析 被引量:3

摘要 根据铁路总公司国家高速铁路建设的总体安排及江浙地区高速铁路运营须满足市场需求的总体规划,徐盐铁路须2019年底全线开通运营,其中淮安东站为徐盐铁路和连镇铁路共站共场车站,并由连镇工程统一建设,须随徐盐铁路同步开通。若仅将淮安东站先行开通,将对连镇铁路后期工程实施、联调联试及开通带来极大不便。结合现场实际情况,吸取国内高速铁路互联互通建设经验,认为连镇铁路连云港至淮安东(含)段随徐盐铁路同步开通是必要的。因此,结合现场实际情况对两种四电系统集成工程开通方案进行技术分析探讨,并着重介绍实际采取的方案实施情况。 According to the master plan on the national high-speed railway construction of China Railway Corporation and the general planning that the high-speed railway operation in the Region of Jiangsu and Zhejiang must meet the market demand,Xuzhou-Yancheng Railway must be fully put into operation by the end of 2019,of which Huai’an East Station shared(both station and yard)between Xuzhou-Yancheng Railway and Lianyungang-Zhenjiang Railway and built under the construction scope of Lianyungang-Zhenjiang Railway shall be put into service in parallel with Xuzhou-Yancheng Railway.Opening of only Huai’an East Railway Station first will bring great inconvenience to the later construction,integration commissioning&test and opening of Lianyungang-Zhenjiang Railway.Through study and analysis based on the actual conditions on site and the construction experience of interconnection of high-speed railways in China,it is considered necessary that Lianyungang-Huai’an East(included)section of Lianyungang-Zhenjiang Railway be put into operation in parallel with Xuzhou-Yancheng Railway.Technical analysis and study were conducted on the two opening schemes of Communication,Signal,Electricity and Electrification Integration based on the actual conditions on site,emphasizing the implementation status of the scheme applied actually.
