基于RPA状态流转的规建维优基站健康自评估系统

摘要 针对基站从建设到运行维护中出现的资源、质量、性能等关键环节难以把控导致用户感知较差、基站全生命周期管理难度大的痛点,基于RPA的系统流程状态管理思路,实现多厂家、多维度、跨部门的基站全流程自动化评估和周期管理,有效提高了基站的建设维护质量和资源管理效能,实现了基站在工程管理、资源管理、维护管理系统间的自动关联、闭环评估、精准维护,并为建设的精准投资评价做出预评数据输出。 In view of the difficulty in controlling the key links such as resources,quality and performance in the construction,operation and maintenance of the base station,which leads to poor user perception and the difficulty in the whole life cycle management of the base station,based on the RPA system process state management idea,the whole process automatic evaluation and cycle management of the base station with multiple manufacturers,multiple dimensions and cross departments are realized.It effectively improves the construction and maintenance quality and resource management efficiency of the base station,realizes the automatic association,closed-loop evaluation and precise maintenance of the base station among the engineering management,resource management and maintenance management systems,and makes pre evaluation data output for the precise investment evaluation of the construction.
