摘要 当前,高质量的全球化人才短缺是制约我国企业走向世界舞台的一大短板。跨国企业在进行全球化商业布局时,尤其要注重内部人才的胜任素质培养。论文在以往关于胜任力的相关研究基础之上,以跨国企业的人才需求为依据,结合胜任素质模型探讨跨国企业的人才培训系统构建,以期为我国跨国企业海外业务人才培养提供新思路。 At present,the shortage of high-quality global talents is a short board that restricts China's enterprises to go to the world stage.In the process of global business distribution,multinational enterprises should especially pay attention to the training of internal talents'competency.Based on the previous research on competency,the paper takes the talents demand of multinational enterprises as a basis and discusses the construction of talents training system of multinational enterprises in combination with the competency model,so as to provide new ideas for the talents training for overseas business of multinational enterprises in China.
