教育人力资本与科技创新--基于中国2004-2018年30个省区面板数据的分析

Educational Human Capital and Scientific and Technological Innovation--Based on the Analysis of Panel Data of 30 Provinces and Regions in China from 2004 to 2018

摘要 运用2004-2018年的省际面板数据,借助人力资本理论模型,考察教育人力资本与科技创新之间的关系。基于面板模型实证分析表明:教育人力资本有助于我国科技水平的提升。具体来说,教育人力资本存量每提高1%,科技创新水平平均提高0.08%。因此,各地区应加大教育投入、不断提高教育人力资本水平,进一步释放教育人力资本对科技创新的推动作用。 Based on the provincial panel data from 2004 to 2018,the relationship between educational human capital and scientific and technological innovation was investigated with the help of human capital theory model.The empirical analysis based on panel model shows that educational human capital contributes to the improvement of China's scientific and technological level.Specifically,for every 1%increase in the educational human capital stock,the level of scientific and technological innovation will increase by 0.08%on average.Therefore,all regions should increase investment in education,constantly improve the level of educational human capital,and further release the role of educational human capital in promoting scientific and technological innovation.
