摘要
公路网络体系的组成结构及适应性直接影响地区经济发展的整体速度和质量。论文针对这一角度,重点关注多输入多输出的指标体系并综合运用DEA法构建出一套适合公路网体系评价的综合模型。用于对公路运输中常见的综合效率、技术效率和规模效率等指标进行客观评定。在对全国范围内的31省、自治区逐个开展包络分析的基础上,从综合效率、技术效率、规模效率以及对应的收益角度对全国范围内的公路网投资建设实施方案及重点要点进行探讨。
The structure and adaptability of highway network system will directly affect the overall speed and quality of regional economic development.In view of this,this paper focuses on the multi input and multi output index system and constructs a comprehensive model suitable for the evaluation of highway network system by using DEA method.It is used to objectively evaluate the common comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency in highway transportation.Based on the envelope analysis of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China,this paper discusses the implementation plan and key points of highway network investment and construction in China from the perspective of comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency,scale efficiency and corresponding income.
