摘要
论文以某家电企业的智能制造战略转型为课题,就外部因素、自身需求进行分析,从产品的全生命周期对产品的智能制造进行分析、定义和规划,这种方式避免了仅以制造为对象规划和推动智能制造发展的弊端。通过与标杆进行对标,将存货周转率提升作为智能制造水平提升的指标,论文提出了以“智能化、网络化、协同化”为三坐标的智能战略,最终规划出智能制造场景方案,并在各产业进行推广及应用。
This paper takes the intelligent manufacturing strategic transformation of a household appliance enterprise as the subject,analyzes the external factors and its own needs,and analyzes,defines and plans the intelligent manufacturing of products from the whole life cycle of products.This way avoids the disadvantages of planning and promoting the development of intelligent manufacturing only based on manufacturing.By benchmarking with the benchmark,taking the improvement of inventory turnover rate as the improvement index of intelligent manufacturing level,this paper puts forward an intelligent strategy with"intelligence,networking and collaboration"as three coordinates,and finally plans the intelligent manufacturing scenario scheme,which is promoted and applied in various industries.
