Discussion on the Installation Technology of Transporters in Fully-Mechanized Mining Face

综采工作面的正常安装对矿井的接续起到重要作用,工作面的安装主要包括转载、采煤机、运输机、液压支架等。其中,运输机是工作面设备安装的关键,运输机体积大、安装烦琐,严重制约着安装效率。为了解决综采工作面运输机安装效率低、安全性差、易损坏等问题,论文介绍了运输机安装方法,研究了综采工作面运输机安装工艺的应用,为煤矿的正常生产提供了强有力的技术支持。

The normal installation of fully-mechanized mining face plays an important role in the connection and continuity of the mine.The installation of mining face mainly includes transfer,shearers,transporters,hydraulic support,etc.Among them,the transporters are the key to the installation of the mining face equipment.The large size and cumbersome installation of the transporters seriously restrict the installation efficiency.In order to solve the problems such as low installation efficiency,poor safety,easy damage and so on of the transporters in fully-mechanized mining face,the paper introduces the installation methods of the transporters,studies the application of the installation technology of the transporters in fully-mechanized mining face,and provides strong technical support for the normal production of the mine.
