某院前10位恶性肿瘤患者疾病构成分析

Analysis of the disease composition of the first 10 patients with malignant tumor in a hospital

目的分析某院前10位恶性肿瘤患者疾病构成,为肿瘤防治政策提供有价值的参考依据,为该院肿瘤重点专科建设指明方向。方法收集该院2019年第一季度病案首页数据,采用国际疾病分类(ICD-l0)的编码进行检索,最终获得有效数据14456例。应用Excel 2017对患者的数据信息进行汇总。借助SPSS19.0软件进行数据分析。结果前10位的恶性肿瘤共10213例(70.65%),肺恶性肿瘤居首位2515例(17.40%);男女性别比,肝恶性肿瘤(3.70∶1)、胃恶性肿瘤(2.31∶1)、食管恶性肿瘤(2.22∶1)、肺恶性肿瘤(1.68∶1)、甲状腺恶性肿瘤(0.29∶1);年龄分组方面,46~60岁(41.12%)、60岁以上(36.52%)。结论肝恶性肿瘤、胃恶性肿瘤、食管恶性肿瘤、肺恶性肿瘤,男性明显高于女性;甲状腺恶性肿瘤女性高于男性;中老年人是恶性肿瘤的好发人群,医院应加强肿瘤疾病的监控和管理。

Objective To analyze the disease composition of the first 10 patients with malignant tumor in a hospital,so as to provide a valuable reference for tumor prevention and treatment policies and to point out the direction for the construction of key tumor specialties in the hospital.Methods Data on the first page of the hospital’s medical records in the first quarter of 2019 were collected and retrieved through the codes of the international classification of diseases(ICD-10).Finally,14,456 valid data were obtained.Excel 2017 was used to summarize the patients’data information.SPSS19.0 software was used to analyze the data.Results The first 10 malignant tumors were altogether 10,213 cases(70.65%),with 2,515 cases(17.40%)of pulmonary malignant tumors ranking the first.The sex ratio was shown by the data of the following indexes:hepatic malignant tumors(3.70∶1),gastric malignant tumors(2.31∶1),malignant esophageal tumors(2.22∶1),pulmonary malignant tumors(1.68∶1)and thyroid malignant tumors(0.29∶1).In terms of age group,the ratio in the group aged 46 to 60 was 41.12%and that in the group aged over 60 was 36.52%.Conclusion Hepatic malignant tumor,gastric malignant tumor,malignant esophageal tumor and pulmonary malignant tumor obviously occur more to men than to women,but thyroid malignant tumor occurs more to women than to men.The middle-aged and the elderly are the populations with a high incidence of malignant tumors.Hospitals should strengthen the monitoring and management of tumor diseases.
