摘要
目的探讨WSI技术在日常病理切片的数字化扫描和质量控制中的作用。方法选取成都市第一人民医院2015年9月由作者诊断的300例连续的组织学病例作为研究对象,将所有病理切片运用WSI技术进行数字化扫描,在电脑屏幕上阅读数字化切片后评估扫描效果,分析WSI技术在日常病理切片的数字化扫描中的应用效果及我科HE切片的主要质量缺陷。结果WSI技术的总体扫描优良率为89.86%,而因扫描机原因造成的扫描不良率仅为1.83%。我科HE切片质量优良率较高(99.74%),宫内膜和皮肤组织是我科制片难点。我科HE切片的主要质量缺陷包括裂隙、折叠、刀痕、裱贴位置不当和切片厚薄不均。结论WSI技术对日常病理切片的数字化扫描及质量控制有较高的可行性及独特的优势。
Objective To investigate the role of whole slide images(WSI)technology in quality control of daily pathological sections.Methods 300 consecutive histological cases diagnosed by the author in Chengdu First People’s Hospital in September 2015 were selected as the study subjects.All pathological sections were scanned digitally using WSI technology,and the scanning results were evaluated after reading the digital sections on a computer screen.The application effect of WSI technology in the digital scanning of routine pathological section and the main quality defects of HE section of our department were analyzed.Results The excellent and good rate of overall scan of WSI technology was 89.86%,while the scan failure rate due to the scanner was only 1.83%.The excellent and good rate of quality of HE sections in our department was high(99.74%),while the endometrium and skin tissues were difficult to produce in our department.The main quality defects of HE section of our department included cracks,folds,knife marks,improper mounting positions and uneven section thickness.Conclusion WSI technology has high feasibility and unique advantages in digital scanning and quality control of daily pathological sections.
