开放性四肢骨折手术患者应用手术室护理干预对其手术切口感染的影响

Effect of the intervention of operating room nursing on infection of surgical incision in patients with open fracture of extremities

目的研究开放性四肢骨折手术患者采取手术室护理措施对手术切口感染的临床价值。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月到我院治疗的开放性四肢骨折手术患者92例作为观察对象,按随机数字表法将患者分成观察组和对照组,各46例。对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取手术室护理,比较两组患者手术相关指标情况、不良情绪评分、切口感染情况。结果观察组患者手术切口愈合时间、手术时间、出院时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理前,两组焦虑、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组焦虑、抑郁评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者切口感染率为4.35%显著低于对照组的21.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论开放性四肢骨折手术患者采取手术室护理,及时缓解患者不良情绪,可改善术后相关指标,显著降低切口感染发生率。

Objective To study the clinical value of operating room nursing measures for surgical incision infection in patients with open fracture of extremities.Methods 92 patients receiving surgeries for open fracture of extremities treated in our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected as observation subjects and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number method,with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the observation group received operating room nursing.The operation-related indexes,adverse emotion scores,incision infection were compared between the two groups.Results The healing time of surgical incision,operation time and discharge time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety and depression scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incision infection rate of 4.35%in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(21.74%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing for patients undergoing surgeries for open fracture of extremities can relieve the patients’negative emotion in time,ameliorate the related postoperative indexes and significantly reduce the incidence of incision infection.
