外固定架在创伤骨科患者治疗中的应用效果探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨外固定架在创伤骨科患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选择2018年1月~2019年6月在我院创伤骨科治疗的四肢骨折患者60例,按照随机数字表法分为实验组和参照组。参照组采用内固定治疗,实验组采取外固定架治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、手术前后炎性细胞因子水平、住院时间和骨折愈合时间。结果实验组治疗有效率为96.67%,参照组为80.00%,实验组治疗效果优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);参照组术前和术后1周的IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组术后1周的IL-1β(3.62±0.29)pg/mL、TNF-α(450.14±86.20)ng/L、CRP(30.12±9.48)ng/mL明显低于术前IL-1β(4.54±0.26)pg/mL、TNF-α(557.81±80.13)ng/L、CRP(45.23±11.35)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前的IL-1β、TNF-α、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组术后1周的IL-1β(3.62±0.29)pg/mL、TNF-α(450.14±86.20)ng/L、CRP(30.12±9.48)ng/mL明显低于参照组术后1周的IL-1β(4.62±0.41)pg/m L、TNF-α(550.12±82.15)ng/L、CRP(46.07±10.39)ng/mL,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组住院时间(7.75±1.26)d和骨折愈合时间(27.58±3.14)d明显短于参照组住院时间(9.61±2.35)d和骨折愈合时间(32.12±3.82)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于创伤骨科中四肢骨折患者,采用外固定架治疗,能够有效改善炎性细胞因子水平,缩短治疗时间,促进了患者的康复,效果确切。 Objective To investigate the application effect of external fixator for patients with limb fractures in trauma orthopedics.Methods A total of 60 patients with limb fractures treated in trauma orthopedics in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were collected and divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number method.The control group was treated with internal fixation,and the study group was treated with external fixation.The treatment effect,inflammatory cytokine levels before and after surgery,hospital stay and fracture healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no difference in Interleukin-1β(IL-1β),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)level ratio in the control group before surgery and 1 week after surgery(P>0.05);The IL-1β(3.62±0.29)pg/mL,TNF-α(450.14±86.20)ng/L,CRP(30.12±9.48)ng/mL at 1 week after surgery in the study group were significantly lower than IL-1β(4.54±0.26)pg/mL,TNF-α(557.81±80.13)ng/L,CRP(45.23±11.35)ng/mL before surgery,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of IL-1β,TNF-αand CRP before surgery between the two groups(P>0.05);The L-1β(3.62±0.29)pg/mL and TNF-α(450.14±86.20)ng/L,CRP(30.12±9.48)ng/mL in the study group at 1 week after surgery were significantly lower than the IL-1β(4.62±0.41)pg/mL and TNF-α(550.12±82.15)ng/L,CRP(46.07±10.39)ng/mL in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay was(7.75±1.26)days and fracture healing time was(27.58±3.14)days in the study group,which were significantly shorter than(9.61±2.35)days and(32.12±3.82)days in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with limb fractures in trauma orthopedics,the use of external fixator can effectively improve the level of inflammatory cytokines,shorten the treatment time,and promote the rehabilitation of patients with definite efficacy.
