摘要
为摸清我国各地区科技成果评价的发展情况,为构建最符合地区经济社会发展特色的科技成果评价模式奠定基础,文章选取江苏、安徽、山东、湖南、河北、四川六个省份,通过文献调研及互联网检索等方法,对比各省份关于科技成果评价的政策环境、标准化规范力度与机构培育程度等方面,管窥当前我国科技成果评价的区域差异及存在的问题。
In order to lay the foundation for the construction of the evaluation model that best meets the characteristics of regional economic and social development,select six provinces of Jiangsu,Anhui,Shandong,Hunan,Hebei,and Sichuan to analysis their evaluation status.Through literature research,compare the policy environment,standardization strength and institutional cultivation degree of scientific and technological achievements evaluation of those provinces,and explore the current regional differences and existing problems of scientific and technological achievements evaluation in China.
