在步入新时代中国特色社会主义历史阶段后,中共中央、国务院对公民道德建设提出了新要求,做出了新部署。作为道德建设的重要组成部分,新时代的职业道德也应继往开来,与时俱进。在推进新时代职业道德建设的道路上,应树立文化自信,通过对中华传统职业道德精神进行去粗取精、去伪存真的扬弃,实现传统文化的创造性转化和创新性发展。在传统德目中,忠德蕴含着忠于职守精神,其所包含的虔敬恭恪的职业敬畏、食禄尽忠的契约精神、各尽其职的责任坚守、死不废事的殉道精神,对我们今天加强官员的职业道德(官德)、经营者职业道德和其它从业者职业道德建设,都有很好的传承和借鉴意义,对于营造敬业奉献、诚实守信的社会氛围,建设诚信社会具有积极的推动作用。

After entering the historical stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council have put forward new requirements and made new arrangements for the construction of civic morality.As an important part of moral construction,professional ethics in the new era should also carry forward the past and open up the future and keep pace with the times.On the way to promote the construction of professional ethics in the new era,we should establish cultural self-confidence,and realize the creative transformation and innovative development of traditional culture by discarding the coarse and refining the essence,eliminating the false and retaining the true.In the traditional moral items,loyalty contains the spirit of loyalty to duty.The reverence of the profession,the contractual spirit of being loyal to one’s salary,the spirit of sticking to one’s duties and one’s martyrdom are of great significance for us to strengthen the professional ethics of officials,managers and other practitioners.It plays a positive role in building a social atmosphere of dedication and honesty.
