基于结构方程模型的农产品冷链物流企业运营效果研究

Research on Operation Effect of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics Enterprises Based on Structural Equation Model

伴随着我国经济的快速发展,人们对生鲜农产品的质量要求越来越高,农产品冷链物流企业的运营效果日益成为生鲜农产品品质的重要保障。农产品冷链物流企业的整体运营效果受多种因素的影响。本文结合问卷调查方法,采用结构方程模型分析农产品冷链物流企业在整体运营过程中的影响因素。研究发现:自身的资源状况、服务状况和创新情况会显著影响农产品冷链物流企业整体运营效果。因此,充分利用设施设备等基础资源、提升技术等服务,以及不断加大创新是农产品冷链物流企业保持良好运营状态、创造更佳业绩的重要方向。

With the rapid development of China′s economy,people have higher and higher requirements for the quality of agricultural products,and the operation effect of the agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises is increasingly become the important guarantee of the product quality of fresh agricultural.The cold chain logistics enterprises of agricultural products are affected by many factors in the whole operation process.Combined with the questionnaire survey method,this paper uses structural equation model to analyze the influence factors in the whole operation process of the agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises.It is found that:its own status of resource,service and innovation will significantly affect the overall operation effect of an agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprise.Therefore,making full use of basic resources such as facilities and equipment,improving technical services,and constantly increase innovation are important directions for agricultural products cold chain logistics enterprises to maintain good operation status and create better performance.
