城市和乡村是一对矛盾有机体和命运共同体,只有推动城乡深度融合发展,方能实现城乡共荣共生、和谐持久的良性发展。提高城乡发展质量,实现城乡居民生活水平"不同类但品质相当"的城乡融合发展目标,不能就城论城、就村论村。实施乡村振兴和新型城镇化"双轮驱动"战略,协调推进乡村和城市现代化,是新时代中国重塑城乡关系、推动城乡融合发展的基本路径和逻辑。

City and country are a pair of contradictory organisms and a community of shared future.Only by promoting the in-depth integrated development of urban and rural areas can we realize the sound development of urban and rural areas,which is characterized by co-prosperity,harmony and sustainability.To improve the quality of urban and rural development,and achieve the development goal of urban-rural integration that the living standards of urban and rural residents are different but of equal quality,we should not discuss the city on the basis of the city or the country on the basis of the country.Implementing the"two-wheel drive"strategy of rural revitalization and new urbanization,and promoting rural and urban modernization in a coordinated manner,are the basic path and logic for reshaping the urban-rural relationship and promoting the urban-rural integration development in China in the new era.
