新时代城乡融合发展背景下“镇村联动”建设探索--以广东省增城区派潭镇实践为例

Exploration on the Construction of“Town-Village Coordination”under the Background of Urban-Rural Integration Development in the New Era--Taking Paitan Town,Zengcheng District,Guangdong Province as an Example

伴随乡村振兴和粤港澳大湾区两大国家战略的全面实施,实现城乡融合发展已成为新时代广东省深化改革的关键所在,发挥小城镇对城乡融合发展的促进作用具有积极的研究价值。文章以新时代广东省"城-镇-村"的发展需求为牵引,认为"镇村联动"能够成为推进城乡融合发展的可行路径,并研究了派潭镇"镇村联动"的实践探索,以期为广东省乃至全国其他区域城乡融合发展提供有益借鉴。

With the overall implementation of two national strategies of rural revitalization and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the realization of urban-rural integration development has become the key to deepening the reform in Guangdong in the new era.It is of positive research value to give play to the role of small towns in promoting the urban-rural integration development.Taking the development demand of"city-town-village"in Guangdong Province in the new era as the traction,this paper considers that"town-village coordination"can be a feasible path to promote the urban-rural integration development,and studies the practical exploration of"town-village coordination"in Paitan Town,in order to provide beneficial reference for the urban-rural integration development in Guangdong Province and even other regions of the whole country.
