摘要
由于三轴加速度计的特点,目前被越来越多的应用于煤矿井下钻孔轨迹的测量中。本文将ADXL355型加速度计应用于煤矿井下随钻测量轨迹仪中以获取测量钻孔的倾角信息。由于井下施工环境中存在较强的振动,导致测量数据出现较大的误差。根据电动振动试验台模拟井下振动强度及现场随钻测量的结果表明:当使用环境中的振动强度大于40m/s2时,应将ADXL355的满量程输出设置为4g及以上才能保证测量精度不受环境中振动强度的影响。
Because of the characteristics of triaxial accelerometer,it is used more and more in borehole track measurement in coal mine.ADXL355 accelerometer is applied to the trajectory measuring instrument while drilling in coal mine to obtain the inclination information of the borehole in this paper.Due to the strong vibration in the underground construction environment,Results has a large error in the measurement data.According to the electric vibration test bench to simulate the underground vibration intensity and the field measurement while drilling show that when the vibration intensity in the using environment is more than 40m/s2,the full range output of ADXL355 should be set to 4g or more to ensure the measurement accuracy without the influence of the intensity of vibration in the environment.
