摘要
为了实现输电线路周边隐患的检测预警,本文提出了不同于常规的无人机、巡检和巡线机器人等获得的图像的方法,这种视频和图像是由安装在线路杆塔上的摄像头拍摄,然后通过无线方式传输到远端服务器,再利用人工观测或者智能图像分析技术来判定场景中是否存在安全隐患。在实际监控中进行实验的结果表明:该方法能够快速有效的检测场景中是否存在安全隐患,很好的满足了智能视频报警中的实时性要求。
In order to realize the detection and early warning of the hidden trouble around the transmission line,this paper presents a method which is different from the image obtained by the conventional UAV,patrol inspection robot and so on,the video and images are captured by a camera mounted on a wire tower and transmitted wirelessly to a remote server,then use artificial observation or intelligent image analysis technology to determine whether there are security risks in the scene.The experimental results show that this method can quickly and effectively detect whether there is a security risk in the scene,and it meets the real-time requirements in video surveillance.
