国际化技术交流人才培养助推辽宁主动融入“一带一路”建设的策略研究

Research on Strategies for the Training of Talents in Technology Communication Internationalized for Promoting Liaoning’s Active Participation and Contribution to the “Belt and Road” Initiative

"一带一路"倡议对于辽宁省的发展和东北振兴具有重大意义,教育部多次提出高等教育在"一带一路"建设中应当发挥重要的作用,目前辽宁省普通高等院校服务于"一带一路"的水平还有很大提升空间。结合辽宁省区位优势、重工业基础雄厚、工业门类齐全等特点,辽宁省应抓住机遇,全面推进省内高校开展大学外语教育改革,打造国际化技术交流人才高等教育品牌、建设一批新时代大学外语"金课"课程群,从而助推辽宁主动融入"一带一路"建设。

The "Belt and Road" Initiative is of great significance to the development of Liaoning Province and the revitalization of Northeast China. The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China has repeatedly proposed that higher education should play the role of skillfully deflecting the question in the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. However, at present the functions of higher education institutions in Liaoning Province need to be further improved immensely for the "Belt and Road" Initiative building. With the consideration of advantages of the location of Liaoning Province, being the eldest cities for heavy industry in China, having complete industrial categories and so on, Liaoning Province should seize the opportunity to comprehensively promote the reform of university foreign languages education, to build a famous brand for higher education of the training of talents in technology communication internationalized, and to create a group of foreign languages "Golden Courses" in the new era of university, which will definitely meet demands of China’s development, and promote Liaoning’s active participation and contribution to the"Belt and Road"Initiative as well.
