高校教师培育模式与优化策略研究--以沈阳理工大学调研为例

Research on the Cultivation Mode and Optimization Strategy of College Teachers--A Case Study of Shenyang University of Technology

加强师资队伍建设是提高高等教育质量的一项最重要工作。为把握教师队伍高水平成长的历史机遇和提升其崇高责任感,对沈阳理工大学教师队伍开展了调研,分析了师资队伍现状及原因,探讨了优化教师培养模式和策略,为把教师队伍发展水平提升到一个新的高度提供了一定的建议。

Strengthening the construction of teaching staff is the most important work to improve the quality of higher education.In order to grasp the historical opportunity of the high level of teachers’ growth and enhance their lofty sense of responsibility, this paper investigates the teachers’ team in Shenyang University of Technology, analyzes the status quo and reasons of the teachers’ team, and probes into the optimization of the teacher training mode and strategies.
