福建白兔体尺性状与屠宰性状的典型相关分析 被引量:2

摘要 研究福建白兔体尺性状与屠宰性状的相关关系,可为福建白兔的选育提供参考依据。对76只福建白兔(90日龄,公母各半)4个体尺性状(体长、胸围、耳长、耳宽)和5个屠宰性状(宰前活重、半净膛重、全净膛重、半净膛率、全净膛率)进行简单相关和典型相关分析。结果表明,福建白兔90日龄体尺性状和屠宰性状在性别之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05),而体尺性状与屠宰性状呈不同程度的表型相关,其中以全净膛重与半净膛率相关性最高,简单相关系数0.986,半净膛率与全净膛率相关性次之,简单相关系数0.947,体尺性状与屠宰性状间的第1和第2典型相关系数分别为0.756和0.488,分别达差异极显著(P<0.01)和差异显著(P<0.05)水平,其所解释的相关信息占2组性状间总相关信息的62.30%。说明体尺性状与屠宰性状之间存在相关性,体尺性状与屠宰性状间的相关性主要是由耳长、胸围与宰前活重、全净膛重的相关性引起的,故可以通过对福建白兔耳长和胸围的选择实现对屠宰性状的间接选择。 The correlation between body measurement traits and slaughter traits of Fujian white rabbits were analyzed,which provided reference for breeding of Fujian white rabbits.In this study,canonical correlation analysis(CCA) was applied to estimate the relationship between four different body measurement traits(X set:body length,chest circumference,ear length,ear width)and five slaughter traits(Y set:live weight before slaughter,semi-net weight,full-net weight,semi-net rate,full-net rate)measured from 76 Fujian white rabbits(90-day,half male and half female).The results showed that there was no significant difference in body measurement traits and slaughter traits between male and female rabbits(P>0.05).There were different degrees of bivariate correlation between body measurement traits and slaughter traits,among which correlations between the full-net weight and semi-net rate(the simple correlation coefficient was 0.986),the semi-net rate and full-net rate(the simple correlation coefficient was 0.947)are the highest. Body measurement traits and slaughter traits are not independent.The canonical correlations(R)between body measurement traits and slaughter traits were 0.756,0.488 for the first and second canonical pair,respectively,and were extremely significant(P<0.01)and significant(P <0.05),which of them represented 62.30% for the total correlation. The results from CCA indicated that the main traits of the canonical correlation coefficients were ear length,chest circumference,live weight before slaughter and full-net weight.Body measurement traits and slaughter traits had correlation with each other.The correlation between body measurement traits and slaughter traits is mainly caused by the correlation between ear length,chest circumference,live weight before slaughter and full-net weight. Therefore,ear length and chest circumference can be used as selection criteria for genetic improvement in Fujian white rabbits.
