基于“1+1”的科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资价值评估

New Method of Value Evaluation in Intellectual Property Pledge Financing of Small and Medium-sized Technology-based Enterprises Based on“1+1”

科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资中最难的环节是知识产权价值评估,对其开展务实性研究很有必要。在对三种基本的知识产权价值评估方法及其局限性进行分析的基础上,从提高科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资的可信赖度与可靠性出发,提出了基于"1+1"知识产权价值评估新方法,即同时对科技型中小企业开展知识产权价值与企业经营素质的双重评估。文章阐述了新方法的提出背景、内涵、优越性、评估过程及其评估结果的运用。本研究以期对目前知识产权质押融资过程中知识产权价值评估的传统方法有所突破。

The most difficult link in the financing of intellectual property pledge of technology-based small and medium-sized enterprises is the evaluation of intellectual property value,so it is necessary to carry out practical research on it.Based on the analysis of the three basic methods of intellectual property value evaluation and their limitations,this study proposes a new method of intellectual property value evaluation based on"1+1",which is to evaluate the intellectual property value and the business quality of small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises.This paper expounds the background,connotation,superiority,evaluation process and application of the new method.The purpose of this study is to break through the traditional methods of intellectual property value evaluation in the process of intellectual property pledge financing.
