“一带一路”背景下推动苏北双向投资高质量发展研究

Research on Promoting the High-quality Development of Two-way Investment in Northern Jiangsu under the Background of“The Belt and the Road Initiative”

在共建"一带一路"背景下,苏北作为"一带一路"交汇点的核心区,应有全局思维,在整体构建中做好自己的定位,利用自身产业优势和区位优势,加强与"一带一路"沿线国家或地区的交流合作,积极通过吸引外资和对外投资寻求创新路径以推动优质要素集聚。通过分析苏北五市吸引外资和对外投资的现状,探讨双向投资中存在的问题,并提出相应的建议,以期推动苏北双向投资的高质量发展,提升苏北开放型经济发展水平及对"一带一路"建设的贡献度。

As the core area of"The Belt and the Road Initiative"intersection,northern Jiangsu should have a total view about its role and pay more importance to use its own advantages to strengthen the industrial cooperation with countries or regions along"The Belt and the Road Initiative".Also northern Jiangsu can seek innovative ways actively to promote the concentration of high quality factors by attracting inward FDI and outward FDI.By analyzing the inward FDI and outward FDI of five cities of northern Jiangsu,this paper discusses the problems existing in two-way investment and puts forward corresponding suggestions,which is to promote the development of the two-way investment in northern Jiangsu,and enhance the the development level of the open economy and the contribution to"The Belt and the Road Initiative".
