脱贫攻坚不仅是"三农"问题的重中之重,更是新时代全面建成小康社会的基础性战略工程。但是,在当前农村脱贫攻坚实际中,仍然还存在不少的形式主义和官僚主义作风,渗透于扶贫工作全过程的形式主义和官僚主义严重阻碍了脱贫进度。因此,在决战脱贫攻坚的关键时间节点,明确当前农村脱贫攻坚中形式主义和官僚主义的具体表现和现实危害,进而探讨应对农村脱贫攻坚中形式主义和官僚主义的有效策略,具有十分重要的现实意义。

Poverty alleviation is not only the top priority of "three rural" issues, but also the basic strategic project of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects in the new era. However, there are still a lot of formalism and bureaucracy in the current practice of poverty alleviation in rural areas, which have seriously hindered the progress of poverty alleviation. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to make clear the concrete manifestation and practical harm of formalism and bureaucracy, and then to explore the effective strategies to deal with formalism and bureaucracy in the rural poverty alleviation.
