Exploration and practice of cluster medical aid to promote health and poverty alleviation in Xinjiang

我国新疆南疆地区是健康扶贫的深度贫困重点地区,也是"组团式"医疗援疆的重点地区。江苏"组团式"医疗援疆在克州健康扶贫行动中通过实施"三个一批"工程,落实大病救治、慢病管理和重病兜底保障措施,为在深度贫困地区实施健康扶贫积累了一定经验。建议继续通过建立健康扶贫政策体系,落实院府合作项目,发挥产业、教育、健康综合作用,防止因病致贫和因病返贫。

South Xinjiang region of China is a key area of deep poverty alleviation in health,but also a key area of cluster medical aid to Xinjiang.Jiangsu’s cluster medical aid team has accumulated some experience in implementing health care for the poor in deep poverty areas through the implementation of "three in a batch" of projects to implement measures for the rescue and treatment of major diseases,the management of chronic diseases and the protection of serious diseases.It is recommended to continue to prevent poverty and return to poverty due to disease through the establishment of a health policy system for poverty alleviation,the implementation of institutional cooperation projects,and the integrated role of industry,education and health.
