摘要
目的:探析三甲医院医生离开临床一线的意愿及影响因素。方法:采用分层抽样方法选取黑龙江省西部4所三甲医院的临床医生进行问卷调查,共回收有效问卷416份。运用SPSS 22.0对数据进行描述性分析、卡方检验以及Logistic回归分析。结果:医生职业认同、收入、执业环境以及教育水平是离职意愿的影响因素。男性、女性在离职意愿影响要素认知上有统计学差异。结论:政府需要完善对医院的投入与补偿机制;建立重点向临床一线倾斜的、合理有效的绩效考核机制;全社会应该共同努力建立良好的医疗环境,为医生职业认同的提高创造良好的外部环境。
Objective:To analyze the willingness and influencing factors of doctors in the top three hospitals to leave the clinical frontline.Methods:The stratified sampling method was used to select clinicians from 4 top three hospitals in the west of Heilongjiang Province for questionnaire survey.A total of 416 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS22.0 was used to perform descriptive analysis,chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis on the data.Results:Doctors’professional identity,income,practice environment and education level are the factors that influence their willingness to leave.There is a statistical difference between males and females in the recognition of factors influencing their willingness to resign.Conclusion:The government needs to improve the investment and compensation mechanism for the hospital;establish a reasonable and effective performance evaluation mechanism with a focus on the clinical frontline;the whole society should work together to establish a good medical environment and create a good external environment for the improvement of doctors’professional identity.
