基于协同理论的公立医院统战工作体系构建

Construction of united front work system in public hospitals based on Synergy Theory

加强公立医院统战工作是加强公立医院党的建设的重要组成部分,是实现医院战略布局的有力保障,是实现大团结大联合目标的基本要求。同济大学附属第十人民医院以目前统战工作存在的问题为导向,基于协同理论,从制度建设、组织建设、政治思想建设、党内外沟通联系、人才建设、民主政治建设以及特色亮点工作等7个方面,有针对性地构建多方位、多层级的工作体系,以提升医院统战工作成效,更好地推动和促进医院改革发展。

Strengthening the United Front Work in public hospitals is an important part of strengthening the Party’s construction in public hospitals,a strong guarantee for the realization of the strategic layout of hospitals,and a basic requirement for achieving the goal of great unity and great union.The Tenth People’s Hospital affiliated with Tongji University,based on Synergy Theory,has built a multi-directional and multi-level work system in seven aspects,including system construction,organization construction,political ideology construction,internal and external communication,talent construction,democratic political construction,and characteristic highlight work,in order to improve the effectiveness of the hospital’s united front work and better promote the reform and development of the hospital.
