以过程管理为基础的临床研究生培养模式初探

Initial research on the model of the cultivation of the clinic graduate based on the process management

为了完善医院研究生管理工作和顺应社会发展对研究生培养质量的要求,笔者通过对新形势下医院研究生培养现状的分析,建议对医院研究生过程管理进行目标分析和关键问题分析,对明确管理目标、设计过程管理计划和实施过程管理评估和反馈等方面进行了研究,以此来保证研究生管理最终目标的实现,为医院和社会输送高质量的医学人才。

In order to improve the standard of the hospital graduate management and meet the social development requirements for graduate cultivation quality,this paper analyses the status of the graduate cultivation suggests to make target analysis and key issues analysis in the process management does research on defining process targets,making plans for process management and carrying out the review and feedback on the process management,so that to ensure the realization of the final goal of the graduate management and to provide quality medical personnel to the hospitals and the society,creating a"win-win"situation between graduates and hospitals.
