医务社工和医务志愿者在病友会中作为病友社会支持网络中的一部分,对患者康复有积极影响。医务社工与医务志愿者联合服务的"双工联动"协作模式在改善传统医疗服务、提升医院人文关怀等方面的重要作用已被普遍证实和认可。本文以广东省第二人民医院为例,探析"双工联动"协作模式在病友会服务中的实践举措与问题,为推动医务社工和医务志愿者人才队伍建设提出建议。

Medical social workers and medical volunteers,as part of the social support network for patients in the patient association,have a positive impact on the rehabilitation of patients.The important role of"medical social worker and volunteer joint"collaboration model of the joint service of medical social workers and medical volunteers in improving traditional medical services and enhancing humanistic care in hospitals has been generally confirmed and recognized.This article takes Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital as an example to analyze the practical measures and problems of the"medical social worker and volunteer joint"collaboration model in the service of patients’associations,and put forward suggestions for promoting the construction of medical social workers and medical volunteers.
