摘要
目的:分析2017年中医医院护理人力资源配置现状,为合理配置中医医院护理人力资源提供参考。方法:通过查阅2018年《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》,采用秩和比法对中医医院床护比、医护比和注册护士占医技人员比例进行综合分析和评价。结果:中医医院护理人力资源配置水平分为4档,由低到高依次为:1档的河北、甘肃等4个省份;2档的黑龙江、山西等10个省份;3档的上海、江西等11个省份;4档的安徽、陕西等5个省份。结论:国内中医医院护理人力资源配置存在地区间差异,与东、中、西部划分存在一定关系,建议相关管理者协调各区域中医护理人力资源,促进中医护理人力资源公平配置和可持续发展。
Objective:To analyze the status quo of nursing human resources allocation in Chinese traditional medicine hospitals in 2017,and provide reference for rational allocation of nursing human resources in Chinese medicine hospitals.Methods:Through the 2018 China Health and Health Statistical Yearbook,the rank-to-weight ratio method was used to comprehensively analyze and evaluate the proportion of hospitalized nursing care ratio,medical care ratio and registered nurses in China.Results:The allocation level of nursing human resources in Chinese medicine hospitals is divided into four grades,from low to high:four provinces such as Hebei and Gansu;the first two provinces such as Heilongjiang and Shanxi;the third is Shanghai and Jiangxi.Waiting for 11 provinces;four provinces including Anhui,Shaanxi and other five provinces.Conclusion:There are regional differences in the allocation of nursing human resources in Chinese medicine hospitals.There is a certain relationship with the division of eastern,central and western regions.It is recommended that relevant managers coordinate the human resources of Chinese medicine nursing in various regions and promote the fair allocation and sustainable development of Chinese medicine nursing resources.
