The application of medical big data in clinical research is conducive to fully tap the value of medical data and strengthen hospital data governance.The author combed the application scenarios of medical big data in exploring disease correlation,clinical prediction,medical quality monitoring and evaluation,and specialty disease research,and discussed the challenges of medical big data in clinical research applications,including low data structure and data privacy issues,weak data application capabilities and insufficient data mining.In response to the above problems,the author puts forward application suggestions from the aspects of scientific research platform establishment,talent team construction,scientific research collaboration,and data usage mechanism flow.
