公立专科医院绿色建筑规划的实践与思考

The main practice and thinking of green building planning in public specialized hospitals

绿色医院建筑可以更好地为患者服务,提高患者的满足感、获得感。笔者结合自身医院实际,在绿色建筑规划中突出了医院的专科优势,实现了土地的集约利用,优化了后勤服务功能,改善了患者的就医体验,并以节能降耗的系列举措,践行了医院可持续发展理念。同时,医院规划中应注重研究现存建筑向绿色建筑的转变,现存建筑寿命的延长,就是最大的绿色建筑理念的体现。

This paper introduces the planning and practice of green building in a public hospital,green hospital building must start from planning,"green"is the soul of the hospital building,green hospital building can better serve patients,improve patients'satisfaction and sense of gain.In the green building planning,the hospital highlights the hospital's specialty advantages,realizes the intensive use of land,optimizes the logistics service function,improves the patient's medical experience,and implements the hospital's sustainable development concept with a series of measures to save energy and reduce consumption.At the same time,hospital planning should focus on the study of the transformation of existing buildings to green buildings.The extension of the life of existing buildings is the biggest embodiment of the green building concept.
