电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定替比培南酯颗粒剂中铑和钯 被引量:1

Determination of rhodium and palladium in tebipenem pivoxil by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry

摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定替比培南酯颗粒剂中铑和钯的方法。采用微波消解法进行样品前处理,以铟作为内标物,采用在线内标加入法测定铑和钯的含量。铑和钯的质量浓度在0~30μg/L的范围内与离子信号强度线性关系良好,铑和钯的线性相关系数分别为0.9997,0.9996,检出限分别为0.009,0.005 mg/kg。测定结果相对偏差分别为1.36%,1.98%,加标回收率为96.8%~101.2%。该方法操作简便,重现性好,准确可靠,适用于替比培南酯颗粒剂中铑和钯的测定。 The method was established for the determination of rhodium and palladium in tebipenem pivoxil by nductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).Microwave digestion technique was used for sample preparation,and indium was used as internal standard,the content of rhodium and palladium was determined by online addition of internal standard.The mass concentration of rhodium and palla was linear with ion strength in the range of 0-30μg/L,the linear correlation coefficient of rhodium and palla were 0.9997 and 0.9996,respectively.The detection limits of rhodium and palladiumwere 0.009 and 0.005 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviation of the measurement results were 1.36%and 1.98%for rhodium and palladium,respectively.The recovery were from 96.8%to 101.2%.The method is simple with the good reproducibility,accurate and reliable results,which is applicable to the determination of rhodium,palladium in tebipenem pivoxil.
