摘要
建立电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法直接进样测定发动机油中Ca,P,Zn的方法。通过对分析谱线等条件的选择,确定了最佳分析条件。Ca,P,Zn的质量浓度在0~20μg/g范围内与光谱强度线性关系良好,线性相关系数不小于0.9998,检出限分别为0.02,0.09,0.003μg/g。测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.57%,0.59%,0.43%,加标回收率分别为96%~103%,100%~104%,100%~105%。该方法测定结果准确、可靠,适用于发动机油中Ca,P,Zn含量的快速检测。
A method for the determination of Ca,P,Zn in engine oil by ICP-AES was established.Through the selection of the conditions such as analytical spectral lines,the optimal analytical conditions were determined.The mass concentration of Ca,P,Zn had a good linear relationship with the spectral intensity in the range of 0-20μg/g,the linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0.9998,and the detection limit were 0.02,0.09,0.003μg/g,respectively.The relative standard deviations of the results were 0.57%,0.59%,0.43%,respectively.The recoveries were 96%-103%,100%-104%,100%-105%,respectively.The method is accurate and reliable,which is suitable for the rapid determination of Ca,P,Zn in engine oil.
