摘要 立足于中国基本经济制度与高速铁路快速发展的实践,结合京沪高速铁路和京津冀地区经济和交通相关数据,研究我国高速铁路发展与经济发展之间的互推作用。分析认为:在经济由高速发展向高质量发展转变阶段,京沪高速铁路能够通过市场化运营满足自身经济效益,并贯彻新的发展理念带来巨大的社会效益,同步实现经济总量的增长和结构的优化;在宏观调控机制的作用下,高速铁路运输与京津冀区域经济耦合度处于高位、耦合协调度逐步升高,体现了高速铁路运输与区域经济发展之间的有效互动和协调发展,为我国高速铁路行业与经济发展提供了针对性的理论与经验启示。 Based on the practice of China’s basic economic system and rapid development of high-speed railway,this paper studied the interactive promotion between China’s high-speed railway development and economic development,combining with the relevant economic and traffic data of Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.The analysis shows that in the transformation stage of economy from highspeed development to high-quality development,Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway can meet its own economic benefits through market-orienled operation,implement new development concepts to bring huge social benefits,and simultaneously realize the growth of economic aggregate and structural optimization.Under the effect of macro-control mechanism,the coupling degree between high-speed railway transportation and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional economy is at a high level,while the degree of coupling coordination is gradually increasing,which reflects the effective interacton and coordinated development between high-speed railway transportation and regional economic development.It provides a the oretical and empirical guidance to the highspeed rail industry and economic development in China.
