基于科研平台的研究生创新创业能力的培养探索

Research on the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability of Postgraduates Based on the Research Platform

针对目前研究生创新创业能力的不足,根据双一流建设背景下机械工程学科研究生的培养要求,提出一种基于科研平台的研究生创新创业能力培养结构。分析了研究生创新创业面临的考核评价体系不够合理、创新创业硬件不足、缺乏创新创业氛围和缺乏有效实践的问题,引出了构建科研平台的重要意义。本文提出通过引进优秀资源、构建学术平台、改变考核方式三种措施构建科研平台,提高研究生创新创业能力,实现理论联系实际的短期目标和达到高质量就业的预期效果。

In view of postgraduates’lack of innovation and entrepreneurship ability,according to the training requirements for postgraduates majoring in mechanical engineering under the background of"Double first-class"construction,a training structure of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of postgraduates based on scientific research platform is proposed.This paper analyzes the the issues concerning graduate students’innovation and entrepreneurship,such as the unreasonable evaluation system,insufficient hardware of innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere and effective practice,which lead to the significance of construction of scientific research platform.This paper suggests constructing a scientific research platform by introducing excellent resources,constructing an academic platform and changing the assessment method,so as to improve graduate students’innovation and entrepreneurship ability,to realize the short-term goal of combining theory with practice and to achieve the expected effect of high-quality employment.
